WHY MEDITATE?
During this exciting and challenging time as we make our way toward the portal of 2012, the energies can often feel extremely erratic. It is sometimes difficult to stay centered and grounded. This manifests as stress, depression, frustration, fear, or anger. Meditation can help us smooth out the frenetic energies and help us feel more grounded, less stressed, and more at peace.

MEDITATING WITH A GROUP
Meditating on our own is very important, but it is especially helpful to join with others to meditate. A group focusing together on the flow of peace, light, and joy in the meditation enhances and magnifies the power of the meditation for each person personally, and as the group energy shifts up into higher frequency it joins with other high frequency beings. You’ll be flying with the angels.

BEING IN THE COMMUNITY OF LIKE MINDED OTHERS
Also, as we move into this new era, community is becoming essential for our well-being. Joining a community of meditators is a heart opening experience that will help you feel connected and supported all week long.

LISTEN TO THE MEDITATION EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK
Once you have participated in the LIVE MEDITATION CALL, it will be streamed on this website for one week for Call participants to listen to daily. Each week there will be a brand new live meditation on Sunday night and then available to participants for just one week.
